Public cemetery service

The city's public cemeteries are either the general cemeteries or garden type public cemeteries. Most of the general cemeteries have banned to burials except for No. 11, 12 and 13 general public cemeteries. Currently, the plans for the 4th Public Cemetery on Keya Mountain will establish 411 garden type grave bases; the plans also call for an eight-year alternating burial system, providing for the need for ground burials. In the future, there will also be a tree burial area, providing alternative burial method for the public.
